krakya Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the krakya website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at krakya.biz.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the krakya registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's krakya Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet the value of a bonus before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all financial transactions on krakya are denominated.
• "Payment Method" refers to the approved financial services through which deposits and withdrawals are processed, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software developers whose games are made available on krakya, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which Players are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform as specified in Section 3.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the krakya registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the Platform after any posted update to these Terms, you enter into a binding legal agreement with krakya and unconditionally accept all provisions contained herein.

krakya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that by doing so, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on krakya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. krakya strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18 and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of a krakya employee or associated business partner.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on krakya. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any Balance may be voided.

4 Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your krakya Account. The following obligations apply to all Account holders:

• You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify krakya immediately via the official support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all wagers, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account, including those made without your authorisation if you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• You must ensure that your personal information registered with krakya remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment method must be submitted to krakya support for verification.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other technical means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on krakya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. krakya does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
• Deposits are processed in real time. If a deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 15 minutes, you must contact krakya support with your transaction reference number.
• krakya does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which krakya accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on krakya.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• krakya processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• All pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request can be approved. Real-money Balance that is not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.
• krakya reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals above ৳50,000.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

krakya offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general bonus policy:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have fully completed identity verification and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus Funds are separate from your real-money Balance and are displayed separately in your Account.
• krakya reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or technical error.
• A Player may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and may result in Account closure.
• Bonuses obtained in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms will be voided along with any associated winnings.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on krakya are governed by the rules of the respective Game Provider or, in the case of sports betting, the rules established by krakya's in-house trading team. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. krakya does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, krakya reserves the right to declare that round or bet void and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• krakya's decisions on disputed game or bet outcomes are final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 15.
• Sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games, including slots titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, use certified and independently audited RNG systems. krakya does not alter or influence RNG outcomes.
• Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective live game format. Players accept that camera feeds and game data are provided by the third-party operator and that krakya's liability is limited to the stake placed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krakya platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any Balance may be forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process or disguise proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms, or betting markets.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward krakya staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Registering and operating more than one Account on krakya.

9 Responsible Gaming

krakya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may be decreased at any time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them when a defined period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic reality check prompts that display the amount wagered and the net result of their session at defined intervals.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the krakya platform, including but not limited to the krakya brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of krakya or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from krakya.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or technology.
• Use the krakya brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of krakya's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your Account.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krakya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or communication errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains an error or inaccuracy.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

krakya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account on krakya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

krakya will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to operate the Platform or comply with applicable legal obligations.

13 Amendments

krakya reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material, krakya will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of krakya following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting krakya support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the krakya platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in the krakya dispute resolution policy.

krakya operates on a best-efforts basis to resolve all Player disputes promptly and fairly. Players are encouraged to contact krakya support in the first instance before escalating any dispute through formal proceedings.
